Installation & Usage Guide

1. Go to the download page on our website 2. Select the version for your operating system (Windows or Android) 3. Download the installer 4. Run the installer and follow the instructions 5. After installation, launch the app and complete initial setup For VR apps, contact your manager for the installation link.

1. Open the app or navigate to your LMS platform URL 2. Enter the email and password provided by your administrator 3. On first login, you'll be prompted to change your password 4. If using SSO — click 'Sign in with corporate account' Forgot your password? Click 'Reset password' on the login page.

Desktop apps update automatically on launch. If auto-update is disabled: 1. Open Settings → About 2. Click 'Check for updates' 3. Follow the instructions to install Mobile apps update through Google Play. The LMS platform updates automatically without user action.

'App won't launch' — Check system requirements. Update your graphics drivers. 'Server connection error' — Check your internet connection. Make sure your firewall isn't blocking the app. '3D models won't load' — Free up at least 2 GB of RAM. Restart the app. 'VR headset not detected' — Check USB/Wi-Fi connection. Update headset firmware to the latest version. If the issue persists — email info@deqr.kz with a description and screenshot.

DEQR Science and DEQR Physics desktop apps work fully offline after installation. All content is downloaded on first launch. For the LMS platform: course access is available offline through the mobile app. Progress syncs on the next connection. VR apps require internet only for initial scenario download.

Supported headsets: Meta Quest 2/3/Pro, HTC Vive, Pico 4. 1. Install DEQR VR from the headset store or via SideQuest 2. Connect the headset to your company's Wi-Fi network 3. Log in with credentials from your administrator 4. Select a training scenario and follow the instructions For mass deployment, use MDM solutions (Meta for Business, Pico Business Suite).

Minimum requirements: Android 8.0+, 3 GB RAM, 2 GB free storage. 1. Open Google Play 2. Search for 'DEQR Science' or 'DEQR Physics' 3. Tap 'Install' 4. After installation, log in with your credentials For tablets, a 10-inch or larger screen is recommended for optimal 3D model display.
